1.TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to the User Agreement for RoWeb Development! This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.ITtradeOnline.com. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services. RoWeb Development provides its ITtradeOnline service ("ITtradeOnline") to you as a registered subscriber or authorized user ("Member"), subject to the terms of this agreement and RoWeb Development operating conditions. "Member" means any individual who signs up for a Free Trial or Billable service on the ITtradeOnline.com site

2.CHANGE OF TERMS
This User Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time. You agree to review the terms periodically to be aware of such changes. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership.

3.CONDITION FOR MEMBERSHIP
You agree to provide RoWeb Development with accurate, complete, and current registration information. Failure to do this shall constitute a breach of this agreement and unauthorized access to ITtradeOnline.com. RoWeb Development may, at its sole discretion, deny membership for any lawful reason. Memberships and Free Trials will not be granted to other competitors, including, but not limited to, the following: IT parts listing services, sourcing service websites, IT brokering sites, their parent, subsidiaries, divisions, or any company which is allied with any company or individual which competes with PC- Vendors.com. Member understands and agrees that information disclosed through ITtradeOnline' Website includes trade secrets and proprietary information belonging to ITtradeOnline. Member agrees not to copy or disclose to third parties, in whole or in part, any portion of the information and the software. Member also agrees that all Usernames and Passwords supplied to the Member are non-transferable and may only be used by parties registered under those Usernames and Passwords. The provisions of this section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

4.CHARGES AND BILLING PRACTICES
Payments can be done to ITtradeOnline.com using WIRE TRANSFER, ONLINE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION (2Checkout.com) or PAYPALL PAYMENTS . RoWeb Development reserves the right, at any time, to change its fees and billing methods. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership. Your membership fees are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or part.

5.GOOD FAITH CLAUSE
Each company will conduct site business in an appropriate, honest, and ethical manor. Including the following but not limited to: listing quantities, condition, age, accurate stock status, price, and description of products, their company information, and member information. Site business not conducted in good faith may, suspension or termination of services may occur.

6.FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party to this Agreement shall be liable to the other party for any delay or failure by that Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement or otherwise, if such delay or failure arises from any cause or causes beyond the reasonable control of such party, including but not limited to labor disputes, strikes or other labor or industrial disturbances, acts of God, floods, earthquakes, lightning, material shortages, utility or communications failures, war or acts of the public enemy, riots insurrections, embargoes, blockages, restrictions, regulations or orders of any governmental agency.

7.TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS
ITtradeOnline is not and can not be involved in dealings between Users, in the event that Members have a dispute withanother User (whether a buyer or seller), Members hereby release ITtradeOnline, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown,suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
