I would like to make you aware of the questionable antics of
TBF Computing. I placed and paid for an order for 270 A grade
Dell CRT monitoes, 95 A grade 15-20" LCD screens and
80 B,C grade 15-20" LCD screens. 90% of the LCDS were
supposed to be black HP/Dell. When the goods arrived there was
only 216 Dell CRT monitors, 60 A grade LCDs and 110 B,C grade
LCDs, 35% of the LCDs were beige and only a total of 7 were
HP/Dell and these were B,C grade. The quantities of different sized
LCDs were not as were listed on the invoice. Additionally many of
the B,C grade LCDs had already been worked on and were missing
parts. (just beware of B,C grades from them). I have given them
several opportunities to refund the difference but, despite agreeing
they sent CRTs short (without telling me), they have refused. If you
have any intention of buying from them I would take up their offer to
view the stock if you can. Whilst they maintain all their equipment is
'in stock' I had to wait while they obtained some LCDs after I had
paid and reserved the stock I ordered. I have used a number of
suppliers who advertise on ITtrade - A2C, Ergotrade, PNcaliforniaINC
, have not had any issues like this and you are welcome to check
with them how I have traded in the past.I am only requesting what I
have paid for and am entitled to. You may be more fortunate with TBF
but I am just warning you to be wary. It cost me around $2800.
